- At this time, PUPCAT Bakery ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

- PUPCAT BAKERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS OF SALE (Wholesale): A) EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Terms are NET 15 DAYS. Payment must be made strictly 15 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. It is payable to PUPCAT Bakery. Failure to make the payment on the due date, PUPCAT Bakery shall be entitled to charge 3% interest above basic rate on the overdue amount per month. PUPCAT Bakery reserves the right to cancel or suspend all trading arrangements at it's discretion for late payment. Abandoned accounts will be sent to a collection agency for collection on debt owed.
B) ORDERS: There is a first-time $75 minimum order requirement. Orders may be placed with PUPCAT Bakery directly by mail, phone, fax or E-mail. Please include your company name, address, phone number and contact person on all orders faxed or E-mailed to PUPCAT Bakery. Orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Easter Standard Time. Our office is closed on weekends and national holidays. However, for retail customers shopping the PUPCAT Bakery website (www.pupcatbakery.com), we do encourage you to visit our website 24 hours a day to place your order.
C) PAYMENT OPTIONS: All orders will be shipped MasterCard, Visa or C.O.D. until a PUPCAT Bakery credit application has been received and approved. To expedite shipment of your first order, we recommend payment by credit card. If you do not have a credit application, please request one.
ESTABLISHING CREDIT: Credit must be established by submitting satisfactory references. PUPCAT Bakery may cancel or change credit terms at our discretion and may request advance payment at any time.
RETURN POLICY: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a bakery purchase, please contact us and we will make it right.
PUPCAT Bakery will not accept returns unless by pre-arrangement. Any goods returned without prior agreement with PUPCAT Bakery will be held by PUPCAT Bakery entirely at the risk of the buyer and will be due for payment within normal terms. PUPCAT Bakery is not responsible for orders that are incorrectly submitted through the Web Ordering System, telephone and/ or fax.
DELIVERY OF GOODS: Every baked good at PUPCAT Bakery is made-to-order and therefore require 2 weeks from the time an order is placed to when the order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and the time of delivery is not the essence of the contract. PUPCAT Bakery will endeavor to deliver the goods by the stated time, but may suspend or delay delivery and will not be liable for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery or non-delivery of goods or any installment outstanding. The buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as breach of contract.
CANCELLATIONS: All entered orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except upon written authorization from PUPCAT Bakery. Cancellation costs will be billed.
CLAIM: Claims for damages, shortages or non-delivery must be made within 24 hours.
DELIVERING QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE: PUPCAT Bakery aims to offer our customers the best possible service. If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, that we have made a mistake or have any other concern, please feel free to contact us. We will respond to all concerns as quickly as possible.
